Of cooking and chubbiness

Ha... no not yet pregnant... but I have been cooking up so many dishes that I think I am getting chubby and so is my hubby. Hubby loves for me to try different dishes every day. Especially kampong food. Ha...terkejut oden nak belajar!

Naik timbang masih sama, tapi pipi nampak chubby. Hurm. Setiap hari meal my hubby nak nasi, and when I want to eat something else, dia cam alor, teman makan nasi please. And with rice in every meal, memanglah naik. Haish. Anyway, been busy lately. Sorry for not updating as much. Nothing much to update pun. Quite boring life lately. Haha.

Last week was great, had a meet up with Zati, my ex roomie time USM masa Bachelor. It was fun. It was great to hang out with just gals for some time. Selalu dgn men je. Oh, I'm living with three men, FIL, BIL and Hubby. Ha.... kan banyak testosterone tu. Pening gak. It was such a different experience cause I'm used to living with 5 women and 2 men. Bapak, ibu, shafik, anis, alia and adilah. And bila ada ramai women, they are more 'ringan tulang'. Betul ke pepatah tu. Hahaha... so sangat berbeza.

Of bola and women

Hari ini ada game chelsea vs man utd. Bg guys, memanglah best... Yg women....oooooohhhh bosan nak mampos! Hahaha.... Bilalah nak habis agaknya.

Well....the anniversary celebration was not as expected. Azmi was busy working the whole day. At night we ran woff to penang for his grandma's bday dinner. After that azmi went back to work. Boo hoo me. But he made up to me in the middle of the night with some sweet treats of ice cream and the famous sup hameed. Oklah... Today bwk g dating around sbrg jaya. Yippeee....akan tetapi now is bola time... Dah kebosanan tahap babun. Tak tahula nak buat apa lg except for blogging. Heh!

Cant wait for the holidays to be over and back to work. Next week igt nak jadikan the most productive week ever! InsyaAllah.

Anniversary

This date is the first day I met him.
It's the first time he saw me.
It's the day where he got the courage to ask for my friendship.
It's the day where I accidentally gave my real number to him, as maybe it was fate, or maybe I also have a crush on him.
It's the day when I got to know how love really feels, it wasn't love at first sight, but somehow I felt something. Well, it's something until we got married 6 years later.... I think. Haha.
And he must have too, if not he would not have married me right? Haha...
I love u Azmi. As long as I can...insyaAllah.

Of Independent Woman

I just realised that men usually take independent women for granted...

... they just said "honey, don't forget to eat or honey, I'm going for lunch with my friends", they didnt not ask "honey, have you eaten?" or "honey, wanna go for lunch together"

... they asked you to go to foremen to fix their car's tyres for them. Instead of asking the women, "sayang, kereta you ok lagi tak, you need me to send the car for service?"

... they didnt go to your aid when you are in an accident, instead they just said "so you dah ok? any problems with the car? takda apa kan... call je insurance or tow truck"

... they just laugh at you when you had a mishap such as fall flat on your butt or had a cut on your finger when you cooked dinner for them

it's a totally different experience when you a not a woman in distress, or a blondie, well figurative speaking... You just tend to be taken for granted. End

Honeymoon

Everybody is asking us this question... have you gone for your honeymoon?

No, belum lagi sayangku semua. Azmi sangat busy with work and so am I. I am superly devoted to my thesis sekarang sampai takda masa nak fikir benda lain. InsyaAllah, we are planning to go for our honeymoon end of this month or in February... boleh sambut my birthday sekali. Love love.

Anyway, we are having the time of our life now... getting to know each other better as well as planning our future together... saving for our future home? Haha... insyaAllah. Sekarang kami bedua sangat fokus kepada career masing masing to reach that aim! InsyaAllah.

It's a new year already... and my new life is just getting started. 2011 was great with weddings and all. I really hope 2012 will be as great or better for both of our future. With new families, new friends, new home and new lifestyle, I just really hope that everything will run smoothly.

Anyway, I am selling off my nikah shawl and veil. The items was beautifully crafted by Koleksi Vispera. I terfikir if I simpan pun tak guna... my sisters kalau nak kahwin mesti diarang nak buat yang baru. Only has been used twice, for my nikah and Emily's nikah. The veil and shawl are made of chiffon material and in off white colour - more to cream like. The beadings are really detailed with quality silverish beads and lovely off white pearls. So sesiapa yang nak rent or purchase it, silalah comment ya:)
